- Green Force Sustainability Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2010.
- Established its headquarters at Taman Molek.
- Launched the first Scrap Collection and Processing Facility in Kempas, Johor.
2011
- New Scrap Collection and Processing Facility in Bukit Kemuning, Selangor.
2013
- New Scrap Collection and Processing Facility in Kajang, Selangor.
2018
- Relocated to new headquarters at Setia Business Park II.
2025
- Strader Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated in 2025.
